Located in the high desert seventy miles north of Phoenix, Arcosanti is the vision of the late Italian-American architect Paolo Soleri.

Designed as an urban laboratory based on Soleri's concept of Archology, only 10% of his ultimate vision has been built.
Arcosanti remains active today– housing roughly 50 full time residents, holding workshops and hosting 40,000 visitors each year.
