Talent recruitment and retention were identified as key drivers for the development of Stonebrookes new branding. As an extension of that work, writer Troy Longie and I developed a campaign for Stonebrooke to up their recruitment game in the highly competetive engineering market.

A design framework with various recruitment themes gave Stonebrooke a foundation to an ongoing recruitment campaign via Instagram & Facebook.
We asked a select group of Stonebrooke employees to define what "Engineering Tomorrow" means to them. Various gel combinations integrated Stonebrookes new brand color with warm color-tone alternates.
The series of portraits supported the campaign on their web site and social channels.

As part of the retention aspect of the campaign, a large gift box is wraped by a brand-tinted plexi slip-case.
We partnered with Luke Bryce to develop long and short-form video content extending the "Engineering Tomorrow" theme.
