Stonebrooke is one of Minnesota's leading civil engineering firms. With a focused on transportation design & engineering, they have experienced steady growth. I partnered with the team at Stonebrooke to lead a ground up brand redesign.

Design starts with business. 

Over a series of team meetings and interviews, the problems to solve began to take shape. It was clear as they had grown, there was an distinct opportunity to more closely align brand messaging with their "why". Enter talented writer Troy Longie. Troy and I worked over the coarse of 6 months to define and execute on Stonebrooke's newly developed positioning.

To get a holistic view of the business, market and competative landscape, I conducted a series of interviews with a range of staff and leadership. This, along with a strategy workshop with Stonebrooke's marketing team, helped ensure we had our eye on the right problem to solve as we moved from strategy to writing and design.
